At Gropo, we aim to deliver high-quality digital tools, mini websites, business listing services, and WhatsApp automation features.
This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how refund requests are processed.
1. General Refund Terms
Since Gropo provides **digital services**, which begin immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and available only under specific conditions listed below.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable after activation:
- WhatsApp automation setup
- Automation subscription fees
- Mini website setup or customization
- Business listing setup
- Premium templates and design packs
- Technical integration services (API, hosting, automation workflows)
These services involve time, effort, custom configuration, or third-party charges and therefore cannot be refunded once started.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only under the following conditions:
- Double Payment / Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same service.
- Payment Failed but Amount Debited: Amount deducted but service not activated.
- Wrong Package Purchased by Mistake: Refund possible only if the service has not yet been activated.
- Technical Error from Gropo’s End: If we fail to provide access to a purchased service AND the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
All refund approvals are subject to verification.
4. WhatsApp Automation Refund Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for WhatsApp tools if:
- Your number is banned by WhatsApp (we cannot control it)
- You misuse automation to spam users
- The setup or integration has already been completed
- Your WhatsApp API provider rejects your application
5. Subscription Renewals
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
- You may cancel future renewals anytime from your dashboard.
- No partial refunds for unused days.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within **3 days** of purchase with:
- Registered name & email
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund

7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be initiated within **5–7 working days**.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.).
8. No Guarantee of Results
Gropo provides tools and automation. We do not guarantee:
- Sales
- Customer conversions
- Leads
- Growth results
Refunds cannot be given for lack of expected business results.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
Gropo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
